This spinner spins easily with a gentle breeze. The central rotating parts float on opposing magnets, requiring no maintenance and not wearing out outdoors.
The piece rotates on a fiberglass rod that can be hung indoors or outdoors. You can also mount the spinners upright on a base (as shown in the gallery).
