Johanna Björk is a visual artist born and raised in Sweden, and since 2011 lives and works in Ojai, California. Her work often combines the digital and the hand-made, with a design sensibility that is deeply rooted in Scandinavian minimalism, mixed with a 70s groovy California-inflected sensibility. She also runs an award-winning boutique design studio, where she works with a diverse range of brands — from independent nonprofits to international hotel operators to Nobel Peace Prize laureates — who make the world a better place through products and services rooted in innovation, sustainability and wellness.
