About the Instructor: Chef Diana Yen, author of Firepit Feast, brings her passion for live-fire cooking and seasonal ingredients to this hands-on brunch workshop. Participants explore bold flavors and approachable techniques while preparing a thoughtfully curated, fire-inspired menu in an intimate setting.
